  April 2, 2024 - Fruit Day - Lemon coloured in glass. Nose is mineral, citrus and apple. Must admit I didn’t any too much attention to it as it was served as an aperitif wine and I was busy cooking. It’s very very good but (to me) not a huge amount better than their regular Chablis.
  2nd Day - Root Day - there was a weird reductive note when poured into the glass that dissipated with swirling and/or time. After that it was a really excellent example of Chablis with all the attributes you’d hope for - citrus, mineral, saline and a bit of green apple. Really enjoyed this tonight and it was much better than my quick sip when I opened the bottle yesterday. 92 on the second day.
