  April 4, 2024 - Deep yellow. Exciting nose of apples and yellow plums on a foundation of oak, very enticing and inviting. Big in the mouth (14 % ABV). Like a low-alcohol sherry based on meursault and sort of remotely related to old-fashioned, heavily oaked white Rioja, e.g. Marques de Murrieta from the 1980s rather than Lopez de Heredia now or then. Two days later it showed much less apple.
