  March 17, 2024 - pale lemon clean colour. Classic. nose: lemon, yellow apple, pear. a lot of herbal aromas - sage, mint, geranium, oregano. Very good intensity. taste: medium (+) acidity. Fruity - apples, pears plus some vegetal - celeriac notes. Some minerality. Sage, oregano, grass. Medium (+) finish. very good.
