  April 12, 2024 - Drank this beauty over two days and the evolution was great.
  Its not your typical Burgundian profile, more like a natural Beaujolais with a distinct whole cluster, semi-carbonic profile.
  Crunchy, mouth watery fruit mixed with spices, edgy for sure, very well balanced and long finish.
