April 12, 2024 - Oh my God this is good. Definitely a warmer/richer expression of Sauvignon Blanc, with plenty of rich lemon curd and sweet pineapple a full 15% ABV, but not without a bit of that characteristic green grass, raw bell pepper, and cat pee. That may not sound all that appetizing to the uninitiated, but this is gorgeous nose. Medium to full bodied in the mouth. Wonderful vibrant acidity balances the rich creamy tropical fruits. Long and complex finish. No alcohol heat whatsoever. This will last for years to come. Not cheap, not easy to track down, but truly gorgeous stuff.

4/12/24, 7:09 PM - 15% Sauv Blanc? I don't think I've ever seen such a thing. I love cat piss. People look at me strange when I say that. :)
