April 13, 2024 - This was a recommendation from a wine shop in Flatiron, NYC. I poured and I let it sit my glass for thirty minutes before I tasted. This is typical Bourgogne Rouge. It is medium bodied, medium colored, and has a sour Cherry finish. It could benefit from a bit more bottle age, but drinks fairly well for now. Is it worth $52 a bottle? Not really.
