  April 14, 2024 - Nice pale straw colour. Very very timid on the nose. Slight white fruit and minerals. On the palate, this is pure rock water, just how I like my Chablis, but this vintage can’t be compared to the more classic 2012, 2014 and 2017. It is not remotely as intense as those vintages. So 2018 makes a good cellar defender for those more intense vintages. Good, but not stellar in this tasting. 89-90
