med plus ruby. Intense nose. tightly wrapped cassis, hints of dark green pepper, coffee. Elevated tannins, acid, alcohol. Great extraction. Medium plus tannins - a bit bitter-chocolate. Decently long. Feels like a solid cab, not overripe, good aging power.89 views
