  April 15, 2024 - Bordeaux 2004 20 years on Part 2 (Hawksmoor Guildhall): Lovely cassis on the nose, and also a fatty/meaty aspect. Olives and balsamic vinegar notes interwine. More evolved than the LTHB alongside it, the throttle is opened a little more, deeper, maybe even a little wild, and certainly less feminine that I was expecting. This is a compelling package and my #3 on the night.
