  April 16, 2024 - 16th of April, an important day for some. Pairing with the perfectly grilled chicken I buy every Tuesday from my chicken farmer here in Diessenhofen, Switzerland. Medium color. Red cherries, ash, black pepper, slightly reduced nose. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, med flavor intensity, dry tannins, med finish. Ample mouth, red cherry, mint, milk chocolate, white pepper. Nice lingering salinity.
