April 18, 2024 - Dark purple with faint translucence at the rim. Blueberry notes on the nose. Rich and well defined on the palate, but the longer it gets air, the more it turns a bit muddled. Blueberries, currants, bit of tobacco, bit of milk chocolate. Fully resolved tannins, bright acidity, good balance. Finishes bright, red-fruited and long. This was probably better a few years ago, but still quite drinkable. I'd drink over the next 2 years.
