  April 20, 2024 - Grand Sichuan, Jersey City edition (Grand Sichuan, Grove St.): Apparently I had this wine ~12 years ago - my descriptors for it are very similar to my CT note from then - motor oil, yep. Intensely powerful, yep. Raisiny, chocolatey, figgy, etc - yup, all of the above. But I found myself enjoying this one a lot more, as this was absolutely delicious and I even reached for a second glass (something I rarely do with PX, given the sheer intensity).
