April 26, 2024 - Pale lemon colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe green apples, ripe lemon, white peach, butter, flint, salty sea and chalk. Medium taste of ripe green apples, ripe lemon, white peach, butter, flint, salty sea and chalk. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Grand Cru Chablis with good minerality and a creamy touch. Drink now. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.
