  November 6, 2023 - Pale lemon colour. Medium and youthful nose with ripe green apples, ripe lemon, ripe white peach, wet stone and petroleum. Medium taste of ripe green apples, lemon, white peach and petroleum. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good German Riesling. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with fish or shellfish.
