April 27, 2024 - Deep ruby color with excellent spice aromas. First glass 15 min after open. Balanced and lovely with a long finish. Clearly Grand Cru quality but needed to open up in the glass - Zalto Burgundy. Long finish and continued to improve in the glass until it was gone much too soon. Quite the treat with our salmon dish.
