  April 28, 2024 - A lot more salinity on the palate than I was expecting but this is very approachable already and was not shy on the nose or palate by any means. Especially once it warms up (or perhaps with more air, or perhaps both), the nose continued to develop and expand - this is a fun bottle to follow along for some time so I would definitely recommend trying that if time allows.
