  April 27, 2024 - Disgorged in July 2021. Pale straw golden colour. Lime, green apple, nuts, almond, some marzipan, toast, brioche, and salty minerality, with great, fresh acidity, and very good length. Pleasant light Aspirin-like bitterness on the finish. Light- to medium-bodied and well-balanced. Good, but still tight, only unfolding slowly. I would hold.
