  May 4, 2024 - This is much better than 4 years ago. Clean Chardonnay fruit, chalk, hazelnuts, with subtle autolytic and oxidative notes that add to the whole. A fine bead, terrific texture and depth while remains bright and detailed on the palate. Outstanding balance. Finishes mouthwateringly fresh and clean. Outstanding BdB.
  
  FWIW, the bottle was still fresh after being recorked for two weeks, losing nothing and maybe gaining some focus. I underestimated this wine several years ago. Sadly my last bottle. 93
