  July 12, 2009 - This is a delicious wine! 70% Viognier, 30% Rousanne- the perfect summer white. Unfortumantely I cooled it too much, so it muted some of the components of the nose initially. After it warmed a bit, you could smell honey, melon, pear. On the palate it was viscous and velvety. The flavors of honey and melon came through and by the end of the bottle there was almost a sweet taste at the finish.
