  July 14, 2009 - Pale red color. Earth, mushroom, cherry on the nose. Cherry cough syrup flavor with cloves $ cinnamon. A lot of heat for a Pinot (14.1% alcohol). Burgundian (very nice!). A little time in the glass opens it up a bit. Nice balance, some bottle age should balance it out.
