  February 4, 2006 - Opens with a tasty bang - no decanting required! Intense, big and unrefined tastes of tropical fruits (mango, banana) on the attack with pronounced orange (as in very ripe Valencia orange, as opposed to acidic, navel orange) on the considerable finish. Pronounced caramel, woody notes, and acid that just balances out the fruit. I think that this wine is as good as it's going to get - it's in good balance right this minute and it would be a shame to lose that fruit.
