August 15, 2009 - Popped and poured. Nose of candied cherry, strawberry, red licorice, evergreen forest and some earthiness. Palate is silky smooth, no discernible tannins, tasting of sour cherry, rhubarb and raspberry, with a touch of heat on the finish.
