  September 20, 2009 - Perhaps the first Cab Franc Rosé that I have had. Nice light salmon orange color with some raspberry notes on the nose. I found the flavors to be quite tart and there is quite a kick of acidity at first followed by a very dry finish. Interesting wine, but my preference still leans toward the Grenache based Rosé from the south of France.
