  September 26, 2009 - Served with roast tenderloin of pork and made for a great pairing. As with the first bottle, needs at least 30 minutes of air time for it to open up. Cassis was still present on the palate but the spice was more evident. Seemed to have picked up some weight in the past 5 years with more prominent tannins with a medium finish.
