  February 25, 2006 - Probably drinking this way too early, not nearly as much sweetness as expected. Notes of green apple, something close to cake icing, some lime wafting around. Seemed a little low-acid but it may assert itself more with age as I felt the acids more in my stomach post-consumption than in my palate.
