  October 14, 2009 - Pale straw color. Honey and tart apple aromas. On the tongue it gives way to pineapple and mineral. I would classify this as off-dry, as it is not overtly sweet. The finish returns to the apple hinted at on the nose. Fairly crisp. Not a bad price overall.
