  February 26, 2006 - There was a pungent aroma upon opening the bottle which did not go away with time. The initial taste was palatable but left an unpleasant finish. Hoping it would improve, I let the wine breathe for a while with no improvement. The taste improved slightly but the finish became more harsh. Overall, rather disappointing.
