  October 30, 2009 - Already turning dark yellow/gold. Not an easy wine. A complex bundle of apricot, nutmeg, dates, minerals on a background of lively acidity with a noticeable but not overpowering layer of oak/vanilla. This wine is still young and looking for its balance, it will hopefully settle down over the next few years. Complex and unusual.
