  October 31, 2009 - Grabbed a bottle of this '07 Artrerberry Maresh WilVal when I saw the price drop from +$30$ to $20. As Jim's '06 effort was superb, wanted to know if the '07 was worth purchasing multiple bottles for the cellar. After this experience, that will be a 'no'. Quite disappointing. Very light in color, even for a Pinot, an absence of nose, and nothing but a vague semblance of an Oregon pinot on the palate. Little fruit, no grip, very light, even thin. Simply, no character. 4 of us had this wine, all gave a thumbs down for its current drinkability and for its cellar potential. Very disappointing.
