  November 16, 2009 - Very rich; fruit is intense (even a little sharp) and full-bodied; plum and cherry; as with most zins, deep ruby color. If you like zins that talk back to you, this is a great value. Note: I wrote this note after first tasting, just after opening the bottle. 1 hour later - WOW! Upgraded rating from 87 to 90; all the sharpness is gone; lush fruit remains. About to try it along with a zesty mexican chicken salsa stew - I bet it stands up great.
