  December 11, 2009 - Extraordinary and just lovely! I would never have guessed I could drink several glasses of Sauternes based on experience todate - but wow here I could (and almost did) drink a full bottle! Lovely pineapple flavor with balance, freshness, complexity and with some lovely acidity making for an amazingly elegant and delicious wine. Has to be one of my all time favorite wines. Served with delicious hor d'oeuvres .
