October 10, 2009 - (100 euro in Beaune with Pigs Feet) Disgorged 28-6-2008 from 97-00 wine. Decanted at cellar temperature. Superb, THE anti-big house champagne from a true master. Slightly oxidative and intensely minerally on the nose with baked apple fruit. Intense, rich yet racy palate. Yum Yum Yum.
