  January 2, 2010 - From start to finish is one long delicious, easy-to-drink cabernet that only disappoints in that there are no sensory surprises. I have had this wine before, and tonight I was not as overwhelmed as my last dinner with Silver Oak. Fruit. Oak. Very moderate tannin.
