  January 2, 2010 - Very rich and partially sweet wine. Oily texture. Coats your mouth. Initially the aromatics were closed down however over time the wine opened. A very juicy and delicous wine with an interesting hint of Gruner like pepper. Needed just a bit more acid to make it an exceptional wine. Overall a very good showing for a seven year old Sauvignon Blanc.
