  January 3, 2010 - Nose was amazing with Black olives, bacon fat, sauerkraut, espresso. minerals with cayuse funk. Damn this wine smelled good! The palate has a anise oil, deep roast coffee. dark chocolate (90% cacao), black olives, dust and dark fruit. Phenomonal as always.
