December 19, 2006 - The color of this wine is a very deep ruby. The nose has scents of caramel and dark ripe cherries and kirsch. The taste is very tart with plenty of acid and tannin mixed with red and black cherries. This wine needs more time in the bottle. Try it again in two or three years.
