  January 5, 2010 - Upon opening, strong scents of mineral and dust. Nice flavors of stone fruit such as peach. Secondary tastes of butter (mild oak) and hay. Nice acidity and silky mouth-feel; medium finish. Can handle several more years of cellaring, and may benefit from it.
