  January 10, 2010 - Excellent Burgundy. Needed a little time to open up. Initial nose was funky. Then you got the earth, barnyard. Burgundy all the way. Light cherry and red berry flavors. Perfect with the striper. Did not overpower at all. With 5 left, will see how it ages.
