  January 22, 2010 - Popped with a cheese tasting plate - this was definitely the star though. Great dark fruit on the nose with a hint of wood. Some chocolate/tobacco type notes on the palate and great mouth feel. Well balanced and though probably still a bit young was drinking very well. Wish I had more in the cellar!
