  January 26, 2010 - Dark purple. Red fruit and raisin on the nose. Plum, cinnamon, raisin, and a bit of smoke on initial sampling. Very hot which mellows a bit with some time in the glass. Soft tannins and only a hint of oak. Great bargain for $10 (liquidation). Drinking well now. Could likely age at least three years.
