  September 18, 2009 - Single glass at the bar in Mama's Fish House on the North Shore of Maui. Dark ruby red/purple in glass. Huge nose of cassis, vanilla, plum, enveloped by a pronounced earthiness. This wine delivers on the palate with new world fruit wrapped in firm and chewy tannins. Nice long, well-balanced finish. For the price, this is a great Cab. (A-).
