  February 1, 2010 - opened 2 hours prior to dinner. wonderful nose. Cedar, flowers (roses), vanilla, dark fruits. Very strong nose, almost bordeaux like. Palate is smooth, velvety, good fruit w/ confirmation of nose. Nice finish, still some tannins. perfect time to drink now, but will last another year or two.
