  April 1, 2006 - This is a delicious wine with big red and black fruits on the nose and palate with oak influences that are well integrated. (chocolate, vanilla, smoke) This is a much more typical Washington Cab than the 2001 Cadence Tapteil that Mrs. Greenblanket and I tasted with it. Watch out for sediment because this was definitely unfiltered and unfined.
