  February 12, 2010 - Clear medium golden. Bright young nose, forward with pear and straw. Medium bodied, almost dry with enough acid to balance the oak and touch of fruit. Uniform with apple and pears rounded by oak. Flavors are consistent but no further development through the palate, medium length finish. A good companion (and ingredient) to our rosemary and mushroom reduction and sweet potato fries. A good table companion, but could dull as a straight drinker.
