  February 13, 2010 - On the nose are lovely aromas of cherries, cinnamon, cola, earth and indian spices. The cherry fruit, which at times seems to taste almost like a throat losenge, carries onto the palate with spices and rose petals. As all the BC wines, the wine is balanced and elegant, and presents itself as the perfect companion for light chicken dishes.
