  February 14, 2010 - Very attractive salmon-hued pink, a nose of strawberry and cherry with lovely yeasty, pastry nuances. A subtle but beautifully textured, creamy mousse. Complex palate of cherry, berry and yeasty, biscuity flavours. A very pure acidity with lovely mineral expression and a very long, lingering finish. A stunning rose Champagne.
