  February 14, 2010 - Splash poured, nothing on nose, very tannic on palate, virtually no fruit. Waited a couple of hours for something to show. Didn't help. Aromatics, flavor and character are seriously lacking. Quite light --- actually, quite thin. Aside from the tannins, not much to describe. Will put the remaining bottles sideways for a few years with slight hope that something might develop. My score is generous. Very disappointing.
