  February 15, 2010 - Wine is aging nicely. Slight bricking but still tastes very youthful. Amazing nose of cherry, dark chocolate, blackcurrant, anise, cigar and blackberry. The palate isn't nearly as fruity, tannins still have a good grip, but not overpowering. Sweet and tangy with some hints of spice. Black cherry, strawberries, redcurrantm, hay, sweet rubarb, raspberries and clay. Nice structure and layers of flavor. Nice, long finish that's smooth but with a bite of tannin. Fantastic wine, not sure if it's quite at it's peak yet but it's very good at the moment.
