February 20, 2010 - Drank this with braised lambshanks with olives and preserved lemons. A surprisingly good pairing (inspired Mr. Asimov's wonderful article a couple of months ago), it is the first time I have tried Madeira with savory. Sadly it was not quite as popular with my dining partners.
