  March 6, 2010 - Amazing wine. Decanted for about 45 minutes to an hour. Aromas of spice and earth, the flavor blended smoke, leather, tobacco with earthy oak and a nice hint of red fruit. Paired wonderfully with beef. The finish was long and lingering.
